Whatever raises the hair on your neck, you will find it all in the Cavern of Terror. It is always a bone chilling 55 degrees in a real cave that has over 100 years of cave tragedy history. Upon entering the cave tunnel, you will find yourself going 5 stories down in the same freight elevator coal miners lost their lives in years ago. Descend into the old house, the rat hallway and the doctor's lab, where he is always looking for fresh meat. If you make it past the live autopsy in the body bag room, you will find yourself in a corpse ridden area so large, we found a tanker truck that is still there on top of one of the graves. One of the scariest, most haunted graveyards in Kansas City . If you don't become a permanent resident of the graveyard, you will then get sucked into the clown maze, where you stagger through the longest spinning tunnel in the Midwest. Back for 2007, our 4th season, we are under new managment and bigger and better than ever. There is plenty of parking and remember, we don't have to wait until dark to start scaring the soul out of you. Rain is not a problem either; most of our entry line is fully enclosed in the cave. With the Cavern of Terror being one of the less expensive haunts in Kansas City with the "biggest scare for the buck," the only reason you have to not make the drive is that you are too afraid.
